By purchasing or using TraderTile ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software, subject to the following terms:

• Device Limit: You may activate your license on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
• Personal Use: The license is for your individual use only.
• No Resale: You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute your license key to others.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because TraderTile provides immediate access to digital license keys, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please verify your system compatibility (Chrome/Edge/Brave/Firefox recommended) and review the product features before buying.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TraderTile is a journaling tool, not a financial advisor. We are not responsible for any trading losses, data loss, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of this software.

4. Data Responsibility

You acknowledge that your trading data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss caused by hardware failure, browser cache clearing, or user error.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be settled in the courts of Jakarta.
