TraderTile ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and desktop application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Purchase Information: Email address and name (processed securely by LemonSqueezy).
• License Data: License keys and device fingerprints (anonymous IDs) to manage the 3-device activation limit.
• Usage Logs: Basic IP address logging for security and fraud prevention during activation.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

TraderTile helps you journal your trades, but we do not see your unauthorized data.

• We do not store your trading history, strategies, or notes on our servers.
• We do not have access to your API keys (these are stored locally on your device).
• We do not collect screenshots or uploaded files.

3. Local-First Architecture

Our application is "Local-First". Your trading data resides exclusively in your local database (IndexedDB) on your machine. You are responsible for backing up your own data using the export feature. We cannot recover lost trading data if you clear your browser data or uninstall the application without a backup.

4. Usage of Information

We use your contact information solely to:

• Deliver your license key after purchase.
• Validate your license on active devices.
• Send critical product updates or security notices.
